Dwaine King

Dwaine works closely with his clients to develop personal investment plans which are highly suited to their immediate and long-term needs as well as their retirement and estate planning goals. His specialty is in business succession and continuation plans. This involves the coordination of estate plans with executive benefit and personal investment plans.

Dwaine's clients benefit from his long and extremely successful record in helping individuals and corporations plan for and protect their financial future. Prior to joining Lawton Partners in 1986 and becoming a principal in 1987, Dwaine was a life insurance broker with a major life insurer.

Dwaine chose to move to Lawton Partners and further develop his education and skills so he could offer his clientele a higher level of financial expertise, broader services and investment choices. His experience also includes volunteer work in the community such as several terms on the Board and as Vice-Chair of the St. Boniface Hospital Research Foundation.

Dwaine is passionate about many things in addition to his work. These passions include his wife of over 30 years, Leslie, his two children who are attending the University of Manitoba, his many friends, and his two Irish Wolfhounds.
